Job description

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • She should work on leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, & assist for closing the deals. Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries.
  • Explain products/services & demonstrate features & benefits.
  • Keep record of calls & sales & note useful information
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Managing company e-mail \ Following up meeting.
  • Coordinating activities of administrative personnel.
  • Answering all telephone calls and transferring to people concerned within the company.
  • Preparing Presentations, Request for Quotation, purchase order for the Company
  • Maintaining Weekly & Monthly Sales report.
  • Prepared documents/ information.
  • Checking of customer feedback and keeping full data in the system.
  • Maintained and developed good customer relations.
  • Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 years in same field.
  • Must Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
