- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- She should work on leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, & assist for closing the deals. Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries.
- Explain products/services & demonstrate features & benefits.
- Keep record of calls & sales & note useful information
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Managing company e-mail \ Following up meeting.
- Coordinating activities of administrative personnel.
- Answering all telephone calls and transferring to people concerned within the company.
- Preparing Presentations, Request for Quotation, purchase order for the Company
- Maintaining Weekly & Monthly Sales report.
- Prepared documents/ information.
- Checking of customer feedback and keeping full data in the system.
- Maintained and developed good customer relations.
- Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1 years in same field.
- Must Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
